Mama Alles Mushroom Risotto 2 Serve

Dehydrated food perfect for a hike or even camping !

Made with: Mushrooms, barley, onion, carrots, garlic, coconut oil, GF veggie stock, nutritional yeast, herbs and salt.

Three methods to prepare:

1.Soak for 1-2 hours in cold water.
2. Using the haybrox method, add boiling water to the food in a container and cover for 15 minutes.
3. Cook on a stove for 8-12 minutes.

Each meal comes with a an Oryx sachet of salt & pepper.
