Made with: Butternut, courgette, couscous, chickpeas, tomato, onion, dried apricot, garlic, ginger, chilli, ground cumin, ground coriander, cinnamon, turmeric, chilli powder, coconut oil and salt.
Three methods to prepare:
1.Soak for 1-2 hours in cold water.
2. Using the haybrox method, add boiling water to the food in a container and cover for 15 minutes.
3. Cook on a stove for 8-12 minutes.
Each meal comes with a an Oryx sachet of salt & pepper.
