The Pizza Stone Pro 30 allows you to bake perfect pizzas and flatbreads while camping or at home. This 12mm (0.47″) thick pizza stone can be used on most gas and charcoal barbecues, as well as in electric ovens. Made from durable, heat-resistant cordierite, it draws moisture out of the dough to create crispy, delicious pizzas. The included aluminum heat spreader ensures even heat distribution across the stone.
