This 12mm (0.47″) thick pizza stone can be used on most gas and charcoal barbecues, as well as in electric ovens. Made from durable, heat-resistant cordierite, it draws moisture out of the dough to create crispy, delicious pizzas. The included aluminum heat spreader ensures even heat distribution across the stone.
